How institutions can collaborate.

Sleep related problems like sleep paralysis remain poorly measured at the global level. Most existing studies are limited in scope, geography, or population. As a result, there is no reliable global picture of how many people are affected, how often they occur, or how cultural factors shape the experience.

The International Sleep Health Initiative is building a coordinated research framework to address these gaps. Our work includes the development of standardized survey tools, partnerships with universities and hospitals, and ethical collection of first-person accounts. All research activities follow established ethical standards and prioritize participant privacy and consent.

Data collected through this initiative will be used to support academic research, inform public health discussions, and guide future prevention and education strategies.
