A central goal of the International Sleep Paralysis Initiative is to establish reliable global data on sleep paralysis. Current knowledge is fragmented and incomplete. This survey is designed to collect consistent information across regions and cultures.

The survey gathers information about frequency, triggers, personal impact, and cultural interpretations of sleep paralysis. Participation is voluntary and confidential. No identifying information is required unless the participant chooses to provide it.

Survey findings will support academic research, inform public health discussions, and guide future education efforts. Participants help shape the first coordinated global understanding of sleep paralysis.
