A central goal of the International Sleep Health Initiative is to establish reliable global data on health sleep issues. Current knowledge is fragmented and incomplete. This survey is designed to collect consistent information across regions and cultures.

The survey gathers information about frequency, triggers, personal impact, and cultural interpretations of the main sleep health problems, including insomnia, sleep apnea, and sleep paralysis. Participation is voluntary and confidential. No identifying information is required unless the participant chooses to provide it.

Survey findings will support academic research, inform public health discussions, and guide future education efforts. Participants help shape the first coordinated global understanding of sleep paralysis.
